Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Each order is made with care, and immediately processed. Please allow 3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. We are offering free shipping across Australia. It will take 3-5 days for the shipping process.
Returns & Refunds:
If the product received is not as advertised or malfunction, you are eligible for a refund. The return shipping will be free of charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 15 days.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
